Assumption of Risk
I have read the entire indemnity and release form and understand all the terms
and conditions contained herein. I hereby confirm that I enter into this
agreement will fully and without any undue influence. I recognize that
participation in gymnastics and any other related activity or the utilization of
any of Brits Gymnastics Club's facilities or equipment may have inherent
dangers which cannot be minimized or eliminated by any amount of key,
caution, instruction or expertise and can result in severe injuries, which
includes but is not limited to permanent paralysis, brain damage or death. I
hereby waive and/or abandon any claim of whatsoever nature which I and/or
(the participant) may have against Brits Gymnastics Club, its
directors, shareholders, employees, contractors, invitees, officials, licensees
and or agents as a result of the participation in gymnastics and any other
related activity or the utilization of any of Brits Gymnastics Club’s facilities or
equipment. I furthermore hereby indemnify and hold harmless Brits
Gymnastics Club, its owner, coaches , employees, officials, licensees and or
agents from any damage of whatsoever nature, which shall include but not be
limited to non-consequential damages, which I and/or (the participant)
may incur as a result of the participation in gymnastics and any other related
activity or the utilization of any of Brits Gymnastics Club& facilities or
equipment. In the event of any accident and/or emergency, I hereby
irrevocably and unconditionally authorize that I and/or (the participant
may be transported to the nearest medical facility for treatment. All
costs occasioned by the transportation and/or treatment shall be for my own
account and accordingly I hereby indemnifying hold harmless Brits Gymnastics
Club, its owner, coaches, employees, contractors, invitees, officials, licensees
and or agents in this regard. should Brits Gymnastics Club, its owner, coaches,
employees, contractors, invitees, officials, licensees and or agents incur any
costs in this regard, I undertake to immediately upon presentation thereof to
refund such costs. I am aware that photos and videos are taken from time to
time by Brits Club for marketing and instructional purposes and I hereby
consent that Brits Club may use any photograph/s or video/s of myself and/or
(the participant) which was taken by Brits Gymnastics Club, its Owner,

coaches, employees, contractors, invitees, officials, licensees and or agents in
this regard.

A gym bag must be brought to class, to keep all loose items in, as well as warm clothes. Bags must be placed neatly in the area provided for them.
Adhere to all the rules and regulations associated with the sport and as set out by the FIG/SAGF and their affiliates.
All competition entry fees MUST be paid before the relevant event closing date. Non-compliance will result in the gymnast not being entered for the competition.
All gymnasts will be treated and coached in such a way as to ensure their safety and enjoyment of gymnastics.
All higher-level gymnasts are responsible for their own strapping plasters, pain killers etc.
An annual club affiliation fee of , R400 per gymnast or R700 per family is payable towards Brits Gymnastics Club on date of enrollment.

Class fees are payable for a place in the class and not towards a specific coach.
Clothing: Boys - Leotard and/or T-shirt and shorts/longs. Girls - Long or short-sleeved leotard. Ski pants are allowed. Boys and Girls -Tight long-sleeved shirt and ski pants during winter.
Do not bring valuables to class, leave cell phones and monies in the office if necessary.
Gymnasts must be dropped off and fetched no later than 5 minutes before and after their class.
Gymnasts who continuously prove to be disrupting the discipline of the class will be removed from class to sit out the session and their parents will be contacted.
Gymnasts with less than 80% attendance of classes will not be entered into any provincial or national competitions, regardless of monies paid
I hereby grant the clubs permission to publish media (photos and videos), comments and/or work samples of my child/ward on their website, reports, advertising material (flyers/brochures), and social media
If all relevant registration forms are not fully completed gymnast may be asked to sit out until such time as we have received all relevant forms.
If your child is on any medication or suffers from any allergies, please ensure that the information is correctly supplied on the information form. Extra medication can be left in the office.
No gymnast is allowed to leave the gymnasium without permission from his or her coach.
No gymnast will be allowed on the equipment in the gymnasium outside his / her training times
NO gymnast will be entered into any competition if class fees are not paid up to date.
No jewelry and/or watches are to be worn during class. If your child wears earrings, only studs, please.
No parent is allowed to contact the SAGF or Northwest directly, all member must follow the SAGF’s communication protocol. Member - club – district – province - SAGF – UAG/FIG
NO parents/spectators will be allowed in the gymnasium during training. In the last week of every quarter, parents and grandparents are invited to watch training sessions.
Participant shall refrain from any activities that have the potential to bring the clubs with which they are associated into disrepute

Payments Fees are payable. Monthly payments must be received as follows: • 1st payment when the with enrolment for new members. • Payment to be received by the 1st of each month e.g., payment by 01 February for February tuition. Payment can be made via EFT (preferred) or cash. When making payment via EFT please use the gymnast's name and surname as reference. Notice period is 1-month full calendar notice. Any gymnasts competing in provincial competition notice period 3 Calander months after provincial competition. All notice must be in writing via what's or email.
Please ensure that your child is in time for class so that we can start classes on time.
Please refrain from bringing food or drink to the hall, only sealable water bottles. NO refreshments may be used in gym area.
Please, ensure that your child knows where you will collect them. If possible, please collect smaller gymnasts from the gymnasium.
Registration does not automatically qualify you for participation in competitions. All gymnasts that participate in Provincial competitions pass the club assessment and have a 70% class attendance.

No spectators allowed during training sessions and classes. Your child is in very good classes. coaches' hands to help and assist and to prepare them for testing's, competitions where you are more than welcome to attend.

Selection criteria will be circulated in March for all competitions gymnasts- Junior and Senior. Which will be the minimum criteria to represent our club at competitions.
